A Creative & Technical Art Studio
Creative and technical art leadership for ambitious games and real-time experiences
Embergong works with studios and teams on the ambitious, unusual projects that need the creative and technical sides to hold together.
001 · The studio
Embergong grew out of more than fifteen years leading art, tech, and production on AAA, indie and VR games. It's here to keep the creative, technical, and production sides of a project moving together, instead of drifting apart the way they often do.
What started as one person's experience is being built into something longer lived: a small studio made to take on creative and ambitious work and grow with it.
Alongside client work, Embergong is slowly building projects and interactive experiences of its own. The long-term aim is to make original work, not only help others make theirs.
Built on more than fifteen years of experience. Designed for more than the next fifteen.
002 · Why Embergong
They fail when the creative, technical, and production sides drift apart.
Embergong's whole job is to pull them back together, and help a team turn a complicated idea or vision into something that actually ships.
Every project is different, but the problems are usually similar: getting vision, execution, and production pointing in one direction the team can actually build.

006 · Behind the studio
Founder · Art & Technical Director
Embergong was founded by Andrius Balčiūnas, after more than fifteen years leading art, technical art, and production teams on AAA and indie games. Embergong is where that work continues, now as a studio of its own, set up to take ambitious productions from first idea to delivery. It's also looking forward, building original projects and interactive experiences of its own, alongside the client work.
007 · Contact
Embergong is open to collaborations, and to leading the kind of project that's hard to put in a box: unusual, technically demanding, or just genuinely interesting. If you're making something like that, say hello.
